I know that participating in this event is a potentially hazardous activity.  I assume all risks associated with participating in this race, including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effect of weather, traffic, road conditions and all such risks, being known and appreciated by me. Knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, release the race directors, sponsors, volunteers, IU Health Goshen Physicians Family Medicine, the Shipshewana Police Department, and the Town of Shipshewana from any and all claims of liability.
